The property as a whole can accommodate 20 people - 17 in the main house and a two-bedroom cottage at the bottom of the property which can accommodate another 3-5 people and can be hired in addition to the main house as required.

Inside the main house we have eight individually designed bedrooms with super king size or twin beds, including one Master Suite with four poster bed; all rooms have ensuite bathrooms and have balconies or terraces and air conditioning.

The rooms all have individual styles ranging from traditional Portuguese golden & blue tones to modern mono-chrome looks. The house has a large dining area with tiled breakfast dresser, traditional and well equipped kitchen with two ovens & American style fridge freezer, large entrance hall with beautiful steep stone staircase and outdoor lounge & dining area. When the weather turns cooler, you can curl up in front of the log fire with a book, game or movie from our library.

We know how precious your holiday time is so let us help with activity and restaurant bookings. Daily cleaning and catering can all be provided as required.

The Gardens of Quinta Bonita

An unparalleled garden paradise, lose yourself along the many winding paths, towering palms and flower beds bursting with colour. Admire the 400 year old olive tree from the four poster day-bed beneath it, pick some fresh organic fruit from the orchard, pose with Santa Catarina in the Italian garden, bounce with the frogs on our luscious lawns, marvel at the giant aloes around the ponds, read a book under the bougainvillea and contemplate life in our zen garden.

The magnificent Quinta Bonita gardens are unique in the Algarve. A labour of love by the owners who dotingly planted, developed and nurtured thousands of plants over the last 40 years by the side of their long standing gardener Manuel. A botanical haven with fountains, ponds, cobbled pathways, terraces, an orchard, a Mediterranean “dry” garden, an Italian Garden, a zen garden and a giant chess set; all within walled grounds that offer complete privacy and all with the blue of the sea in the distance glinting through the trees and bushes.
